Montage Training & Certification (Bangladesh) commenced its journey in January 2005 as a private training organization and Registered Training Organization (RTO), affiliated with the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). Accredited by the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare & Overseas Employment (MOEWOE) and an active member of the Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agency (BAIRA), Montage operates from its own expansive campus spanning 16 Bigha in Mirashpara, BSCIC, Tongi, Gazipur.With two large hostels accommodating up to 500 trainees, along with numerous well-equipped labs and workshops boasting ample ventilation and lighting, Montage offers training across four sectors: Construction, RMG, Light Engineering, and IT, encompassing 17 occupations. With the capacity to train over 500 individuals simultaneously, Montage is recognized for its pleasant environment, secure surroundings, recreational facilities for students, and commitment to non-political institutions.Recognizing the pivotal role of technical education in rural economic development, Montage prioritizes skill development to empower the unskilled, semi-skilled, unemployed, underemployed, and youth. The organization tirelessly strives to create employment opportunities domestically and internationally, aiming to uplift disadvantaged groups and contribute to socio-economic development.Montage's overarching goal is to foster socio-economic development, providing pathways to decent employment and alleviating poverty through skill development training. By catering to the needs of marginalized communities, uneducated youth, and disadvantaged women, Montage endeavors to enhance livelihoods and promote human welfare in Bangladesh and beyond.
