      Academic Qualifications

      • MBA /Master from a well reputed University.

      Experience Requirements

      • Minimum 5-years experience in Share & Investment Department.

      • Priority will be given to the experienced professionals.

      Additional Requirements

      • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and spoken in Bengali & English) will be preferred.

      Job Responsibilities

      • To maintain overall activities of share & Investment Department of the Company.

      • To maintain liaison with the securities & exchange commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange & Chattogram Stock Exchange, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, CDBL & IDRA.

      • To maintain SMS (share management software) & Central Depository System (CDS) and de-materialization update with Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd.(CDBL)

      • To assist the Company secretary relating to shares and board affairs, submission of monthly shareholding position of the Directors to concerned Authority.

      • Declaration of quarterly, half yearly, 3rd quarterly and yearly price sensitive information to all liaison office and shareholders.
