Academic Qualifications

• Master Degree with Bachelor (Honors: 4 years)
• First classes/divisions/A grades (GPA 4.0 out of 5.0 and GPA 3.5 out of 4.0 scale) at all levels of education.
• Candidates with Ph.D./ M.Phil. Degree in relevant subjects will be given preference.
• Conditions may be relaxed for the departments where candidates with first classes or equivalent results at all levels are not available.

Experience Requirements

• 4 years teaching experience in a reputed university as a Lecturer.
• 3 years teaching experience in a reputed university for candidates with a Ph.D. degree.
• At least 2 publications in reputed National/ International journals.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Bengali.
• Hands-on computer literacy.
• Good presentation and counseling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of students.
• Experience in academic and administrative fields.
• Initiatives for research and publications.
