Job Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the business in the Modern trade channel for both reputed and local chain super shop and Lifestyle Brand.
• Manage and build strong relationships with all the key supermarket accounts under your portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activity for your channel. Working closely with product and marketing team for sales and promotional effectiveness.
• Establish sales forecast and sales target for modern trade.
• Implements trade promotion along with marketing by publishing, tracking and evaluating trade spending.
• Negotiate the business contract with the supermarket chain and Lifestyle brand.
• Focus on determining and managing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance the sales budget and maximize opportunities to make sales.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets from direct sales routes through the process of growing and developing existing customers.
• Create a business proposal for new and existing opportunities.
• Give up to date market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.
