Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
Minimum 06 years of working experience is required
Knowledge on National TB guideline

JOB PURPOSE
Coordinate across the programme by focusing in all components of Sub-Recipient (SR) NGOs of TB control programme. Develop the Staff capacity through supervision, mentoring and training. Analyse the programme and financial performance and provide recommendations for further improvement. Ensure logistic support as per requirement of the partners
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strengthen government health system for integrated TB control and prevention services
Promote government ownership and stewardship for implementing nationwide TB services
Ensure optimum utilisation of Sub-Recipient (SR) human resources and ensure timely recruitment of vacant positions of SRs staff
Planning, coordinating with SRs to ensure required logistics and drugs at field level
Ensure optimum utilisation of the TB facilities in the government and NGOs settings
Monitor & supervise field activities extensively under the stewardship of NTP and local health authorities
Support the field supervisors by developing necessary memos/ circulars, internal guideline, work plan development focusing on NTP’s strategies, guideline, priorities and approved budgets
Monitoring of various activities of the SR areas in TB control programme and budget-wise work plan
Regular field visit to monitor the performance of the programme and deliver timely field visit report to the SRs, and assist in improving programme quality
Periodic follow up of management action or audit observation and report accordingly
Responsible in coordinating with administrative authority and financial management of SRs in TB control programme
Attend monthly or quarterly meeting of SRs for programmatic and financial performance analysis
Ensure collection of monthly and quarterly TB report from the SR’s and perform their analysis, in-order to provide necessary instruction, feedback and support to the SR’s staff
Coordinate in checking of budget and expenditure of the programme and financial activities and take correct measures when sharing of irrelevant situation with the respective SR’s
Coordination with GO/ NGO and other stakeholder for smooth functioning of programme operation
Coordination with SRs to ensure quality of DOT, programmatic decision, supply of sufficient drugs and logistics and staff capacity development
Verify expenditures align with budget and also comply with SR’s organisational policy and procedure
Check staff recruitment process, personal files, salary register/ sheet, leave application leave register etc. of staff of the partner NGOs
Conduct physical verification of fixed assets, medicine, stationery etc. of NGOs
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
