LL. B (Hon’s) with LL. M from a recognized University.
Solid court/chamber practices experience 5-10 years specially in documentation and drafting.
In-house counsels from Banks Legal Division will get preference.
Highly skilled in Computer operation including MS Word and Excel is a must.
Sound typing skill in both Bengali and English are a must
Membership of a Bangladesh Bar Council and a District Bar is a must.
Examination of credit documents and offering legal opinion.
Drafting and vetting of agreements/legal instruments/other referred matters.
Maintaining database of the cases/suits filed by and against the Bank.
Preparing ISS Report and quarterly/half yearly report for Bangladesh Bank & Ministry of Finance.
Filing various Cr. cases/Civil suits against defaulter clients and attending court cases.
Reporting of updated position of the cases/suits status to the management as a routine matter.
Monitoring and following up cases/suits pending before lower courts and High Court Division.
Appearing in the lower Courts and High Court Division with the Bank panel lawyer.
Any other task assigned by competent authority for the interest of Bank.
