Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation degree from any recognized university

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 Year(s) in banking out of which 2 years’ experience as Branch Manager

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge in business operations, credit and foreign trade related services and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Banks products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve business budget – assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.

• Maintain strong relation through effective communication with existing and potential customers.

• Establish network to improve the visibility and reputation of the branch within the community for creating Brand Awareness and foraging deeper business relationships.

• Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.

• Ensure all reporting are done complying with all regulatory compliance and timely manner. 

• Foster congenial relationship, motivate, guide and counsel all the team members of the branch to attain business objectives
