Greet customers on special occasions and sending promotional communication through bulk email, EDM, SMS etc. Ensure effective plan to carry out successful joint promotion and event for the HCV customers

Promote self-care channel for IOIP customers

Conduct product & service UAT with concern stakeholders

Have constant liaison with all internal stakeholders to provide best service to corporate

Partner & Stakeholder management to ensure smooth service operations

Assist business process team on business operation process development considering the company strategy and BTRC governance & directives

Managing, monitoring and motivating support officers and bringing out the optimum service ensuring the superior quality from the team.
