We define a job as ethical when it -
a) Doesn’t exhibit any labour exploitation,
b) Doesn’t offer wage significantly lower than industry average,
c) Doesn’t cause any direct disruption to environmental sustainability and
d) Doesn’t jeopardise community harmony.
More so, we highlight jobs for people with disabilities, pro bono (volunteer work) and jobs in social business and non-profit sectors.
