PLDS is a non-profit charitable organization registered in USA under IRS federal tax code 501 C(3). Its also registered by Govt. of Bangladesh under NGO Affairs Bureau, Prime Minister Office, Dhaka. Our mission is replacing poverty with prosperity in the lives of the extreme poor in the remote villages of Bangladesh. Our mission is replacing poverty with prosperity in the lives of the extreme poor in the remote villages of Bangladesh. Our vision is to see a society where all people irrespective of gender,caste,ethnicity or religion enjoying a healthy and peaceful life with full human dignity and honor and without threat of hunger and poverty. PLDS plans to achieve this vision by serving the homeless, indigent, needy families and people in the remote villages of Bangladesh by providing access to resources and training and by creating awareness, positive social mobilization and advocacy.
