Bangladesh Embroidery Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BEMEA)

Established in 1998 at Hotel Obokash in Mohakhali, BEMEA began with 39 members forming a Convening and Founding Committee. Over time, it gained membership categorically before FBCCI and received registration under Joint Stock Company and approval from the Bangladesh Ministry of Commerce and Industries in 2000. As the sole representative association in the Embroidery Industries Sector in Bangladesh, BEMEA plays a crucial role in enhancing garment properties and promoting brand recognition through decorative stitches.

Our association is dedicated to creating intricate designs, enhancing garment aesthetics, and adding value to products to meet the demands of global buyers. With expertise in exporting fashionable wears, we ensure the highest quality standards to cater to international markets.

We maintain a comprehensive Members Directory that encompasses all members and their industry activities, facilitating communication with relevant departments. Our primary goal is to establish a common forum for Computerized Embroidery Industry Owners, fostering cooperation and unity to boost the international market for embroidered garments and related products from Bangladesh.
Furthermore, we strive to promote computerized embroidery products across various sectors, including Ready-made Garments, Leather Goods, Sleeping Bags, Shoes, Towels, Sweaters, School Bags, and more. By increasing foreign exchange earnings and contributing to national self-development, we aim to strengthen Bangladesh's position in the global market.
