BYLC Graduate Network (BGN) is an alumni association of BYLC. BGN is governed by an elected board of BYLC graduates. It aims to provide a platform that enables its graduates to exercise leadership for an individual as well as communal development. Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) is a registered non-profit and non-partisan youth leadership training institute in Bangladesh. BYLC exists to promote competent and compassionate leadership in society.
BYLC runs its four month long signature program, Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT), in Dhaka and Chittagong for college, first and second year university students. This program has three components: Building Bridges, Leadership Training and Community Service. BBLT Junior (BBLT-J), a month-long program launched in 2010, creates an opportunity for BBLT graduates to teach leadership to secondary school students. The Art and Practice of Leadership (APL) is a 3-day national workshop for third and fourth year university students, provides participants with an exceptional opportunity to learn about leadership, communication, and career development. The Youth Leadership Bootcamp (YLB) is a 4-day residential workshop for undergraduate students. The workshop is designed to deliver a transformative personal experience for the participants, build their leadership capabilities, and help them generate innovative thinking. The 3-day Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) focuses on the core challenges encountered by youth leaders. Through a competitive screening process, YLS brings a diverse group of young delegates from around the world together with distinguished experts, innovators, and leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors for a journey of collective exploration, reflection, and networking
