Dr. M A Wahab Khan graduated from Rangpur Medical College. Dr. M A Wahab Khan graduated from Rangpur Medical College. After completion of internship he joined in post graduate training in IPGMR (presently BSMMU) in the field of Nephrology and Internal Medicine. In 1993, Dr. Wahab joined in Comilla Medical College as Registrar Medicine. In 1997, he was engaged in receiving training for renal biopsy, central venous catheterization, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CAPD and renal transplant from BSMMU. He was also involved in thesis on Lupus Nephritis, results in the establishment of Lupus clinic in BSMMU. Dr. Wahab is one of the founder members of Lupus clinic of BSMMU. Dr. Wahab also performed nephrological activities in Sir Sallimullah Medical College, Dhaka. He obtained MD (Nephrology) degree from IPGMR under Dhaka University in January 2001 and joined in National Institute of kidney Diseases and Urology. In September, 2003, he joined in Sylhet M A G Osmani Medical College as Assistant Professor and worked as Associate Professor of Nephrology from 2004 to 2008. In Sylhet M A G Osmani Medical College, he established renal biopsy, peritoneal dialysis, CAPD and haemodialysis. Dr. Wahab has more than 22 years of experience in the wide spectrum of Nephrology.
