Originally established in 1976 as the "Christian Primary Education Centre" by nonprofit organizations in Dhaka, its mission was to provide high-quality and affordable education for the children of nonprofit families.
Over the years, responding to evolving circumstances, the school underwent a transformation in 1995, becoming the Educational Division of Dhaka Expatriate Services (DexServe). This move allowed Grace International School to operate independently and secure visas for its staff. Renamed and relocated to the diplomatic zone in Dhaka, it currently enrolls students aged 2-18 across three campuses: Early Years (ages 2-5), Primary School (Years 1-6), and Secondary School (Year 7-A Level).
Grace follows the British Curriculum in a Christian environment, fostering a child-centered approach.
