Radiant Property (Pvt.) Ltd named as RPL started its journey on 1998 and  established as private limited company in the year 2000. From the inception it was focused on business diversification maintaining the highest quality and standard. Over the past years, the challenges in the field of urban housing and civic amenity provision have been unprecedented. Considering the rapid population growth in metropolitan areas especially in Dhaka city; the need for living has been emerged enormously. Keeping this view in mind, RPL started its venture focusing this industry. For the last 20 years of journey, RPL has successfully handed over 58 projects and also has many in development phase in different location of Dhaka City. These apartments are designed by qualified & experienced planners, architects, engineers & other professionals. We, being the pioneer apartment developer in Banasree, have already gained a high reputation in successful completion of projects. All of our projects have been done abiding the standard rules and regulations set by Government regulatory bodies.
