Originally housed in a two-storied British architectural marvel of the 20th century, the school has undergone a transformative evolution. The classic structure has been replaced with four modern six-storied buildings, housing academic classrooms, while a dedicated two-storied building caters to administrative functions.
At the heart of the campus lies the iconic Willes Field, serving as the training and home ground for the Willes Little Flower Soccer Team. Complementing this, a central in-field adorned with a serene garden adds to the school's charm.Currently, a ten-storied edifice is in progress, promising expanded facilities including a food canteen for hygienic dining experiences. Additionally, two other canteens cater to diverse needs, offering books, accessories, copies, and other essentials.
With a blend of English and Bengali medium education systems, the school accommodates approximately 15,000 students. Having commenced its journey in 1956 with a humble cohort of 30 students, the institution has evolved into Willes Little Flower School and College, representing a legacy of academic excellence since its inception as the second English Medium school in East Pakistan, now Bangladesh.
