Buddhist Religious Welfare Trust (BRWT) was established in 1984 as per provision of section - 3 of Presidents Ordinance no. LXIX of 1983 by the Govt. of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh for the Religious welfare of the Buddhist Community in Bangladesh.
